This session is fast becoming one of the most popular classes on the timetable and attracts a fabulous group of men of ALL ages, fitness abilities,backgrounds and goals. It has been developed to specifically target the needs of the male form, focusing on improving core & back strength, range of movement and muscle flexibility as well as streamlining the abdominal muscles and improving posture and balance too.
A weekly progressive session and all exercises can be modified to suit each individual. Using a wide range of equipment and Fitness-Pilates, functional conditioning and modern stretch techniques that will bring highly effective, fun and challenge to any man’s weekly active programme.
This class is suitable for ALL Men of ANY age whether you are a complete beginner or already take part in sports of other physical activities. This class attracts men of ALL Abilities, Professional, Sporting backgrounds or just those who do not do any form of exercise and want to get fit, strong and active.
