When it comes to toning up the body, sculpting it into shape and having a fabulous fitness time then Zumba® Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick) to get you just that. This class combines targeted body-sculpting exercises with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. I will show you how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all the target zones, including arms, abs, tummy and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way to sculpt your body naturally while having a total Zumba blast in class.

Couch to 5K – Running Fitness with FitHaven
Have you ever considered running and not had the confidence to give it go?
This couch to 5k running plan is designed to ease you into running through a progressive walking and jogging program. The idea is to gradually build your fitness, confidence and patience in order to able to run 5k (about 3 miles) in approximately 7 weeks. The group will meet and provide you with tips on health, nutrition and injury prevention. Running has a number of benefits for the body, mind and spirit so if you want to find out more and give it a go with a group of likeminded beginners then please let us know.

This session is fast becoming one of the most popular classes on the timetable and attracts a fabulous group of men of ALL ages, fitness abilities,backgrounds and goals. It has been developed to specifically target the needs of the male form, focusing on improving core & back strength, range of movement and muscle flexibility as well as streamlining the abdominal muscles and improving posture and balance too.
A weekly progressive session and all exercises can be modified to suit each individual. Using a wide range of equipment and Fitness-Pilates, functional conditioning and modern stretch techniques that will bring highly effective, fun and challenge to any man’s weekly active programme.
This class is suitable for ALL Men of ANY age whether you are a complete beginner or already take part in sports of other physical activities. A NEW class series to get you fit, strong and flexible for either Nordic Walking or skiing on the slopes. The sessions will progress each week to help you improve your skiing/NW technique, reduce your risk of injury and work on lower body and core body strength too. These sessions will also give you more confidence to tackle the slopes and or outdoor terrain whatever your ability.
This series will incorporate the following Fitness-Pilates, functional core conditioning and strength improving techniques PLUS the use of the Nordic Poles, mini balls, strength bars and hand weights to give this class a fun and more authentic edge. This session will help you to improve your :
