Fitness Pump is a BRAND NEW hot and happening Monday night class and a workout not to be missed...This session is guaranteed to supercharge, streamline and change the shape of your body for good!  A total body conditioning, fat blasting and toning session to fabulous music using weighted bars, bands, paper plates and small balls for variety, challenge and above all fun!   Here are just some of the benefits you will achieve from regular attendance to a Fitness-PUMP class:
