Week ONE
High School Musical (Fitness-Cheerleading) &
Mini Ball Fitness-Pilates.
All ages and the whole family joined in a fabulous
first week of Summer Fit 'n' Fun. We released our inner cheerleader and learnt some real cheerleading motions and drills
put to the fantastic music from the mega popular 'High School Musical' movie.
We swished, twirled and shimmed pom poms as well as bounced and threw mini
pilates balls to an easy-to-follow and ultra fun routine.

Week TWO
Fun Funky Family Circuits &
Yoga-lates
This session will give you and your children
who, I am sure will have some energy to burn, the chance to try out my BRAND
NEW Fun Funky Family Circuit session. Try your hand at jumping,
skipping, mini-combat, hula hooping, mini-balls bars & band-a-lates, gliding
& balance and even some funky 80's style aerobics exercises.
Afterwards we will go outside to get some fresh-air and we will PowerWalk
around the mini circuit of the Millennium Centre or if it is raining we will
stay inside for a yoga-lates session on the mats and stretch out instead.

Week THREE
Sizzling Street Dance & Chill-Out Tai Chi.
Bringing family fitness bang up-to-date
with urban funky moves, grooves and music to match. You won't realise
just how much fun exercise can be whilst learning cool moves the easy way
with and without props like a chair. Street Dance takes any form of
popular music - from pop to hip hop - and the moves are put together to form
a routine to the beat! After
fizzing with all that energy we will cool and calm the body down with an
ultra tantalizing Chill-out Tai Chi session set to tranquil music.

Week FOUR
Disco 'ABBA' Dancercise & Powerwalking.
Come and join in the final Disco Dancercise
Summer Fit 'n' Fun Party and learn easy, fun and fantastic disco moves to all your
favourites ABBA tracks. There will be glitter
balls and disco lights flashing along and you can bring and wear your
favourite disco outfit if you like too! Afterwards we will calm
and relax the body with either a PowerWalk around the Park or a special
chill-out Yoga-Lates session!
