Issue 09 Welcome to FitHaven's Fit.Newsletter. Just a quick one this week as last weekend was a bit manic with us being away on the Nordic Walking Weekender in Derbyshire (which was absolutely fabulous by the way - full reports and updates next week but for a sneaky look at the photos click HERE) and then straight back full swing into Classes, Nordic Walking and PT this week...
Classes... Get that super fit 'n' toned body by Easter with one or two of these classes this week. *NEW* Spring BootCamps 2010 burn, tone and blast it off by Easter... Buggy Fitness gets a great turnout with the buggies, weights, kettlebells, bands and mats... Fitness-Pilates still as popular as ever and all classes are enjoying the revamped functional conditioning moves which are bringing immensely fast results... NewBody Workouts are fabulously fun express full-body sessions and both venues enjoy groups of all ages turning up for just that! Fit-Pilates for Men - I LOVE it - bringing you an action-packed, fun challenge to a Wednesday night for the men... The Stability Balls Workouts is BIG bouncy ball fun for a flat tum and strong back...! NEW BootyCamp Body Blitz Preview... A preview clip of my first 10 minute Body Blitz series that I will be offering out to those who are short on time and want to do a little bit extra at home in-between classes... Email mel@fithaven.co.uk - limited spaces! Personal Training... What an amazing week it was last week - outside with so many of my clients. There is so much to do outside with the tracks and trails locally it really is fantastic - Nordic Walking, Jogging, Cycling and even Kettlebells can all be done outside it makes a nice change from being in the studio and the fresh air itself makes you feel invigorated and that's before any exercise. So with a wonderful week, weekend and rest of term ahead we hope to see you out there...

BOOTCamps
2010 A fabulous full hour crammed full of everything YOU need for a fitter, healthier and more toned body FAST. These sessions have EXPLODED onto the weekly timetable and bring you a new turbulent training session for the time-strapped person who wants to shape up fast for the spring. We will be exercising the entire body in just 60 minutes to give resistance and interval training bursts that makes your body burn use lots of energy (calories and fat) during the recovery period, as well as replenish energy levels and speed up your metabolism well after the sessions too.

MEN Wednesday nights, 7.25pm, Buckden Millennium Centre. Not only is it an immensely fun hour but the atmosphere, energy and determination is second to none and has been an absolute pleasure to teach and be a part of and I can't wait for more next term. This class is attracting men of ALL ages and from all walks of life, physical conditions, sporting backgrounds, and abilities. No experience is necessary and you could be benefiting from a massive range of benefits from a stronger more toned core and tummy, a better posture, better flexibility, released aches and pains, released stress, stronger back, and relaxation too.
