*SPECIAL NEW YEARS DAY NORDIC WALKING EVENT*
Thanks so much to all of you who got up early and braved the very cold weather to enjoy a fabulous New Year's Day Nordic Walk around Grafham Water.  We covered 9.2 miles at an average speed of 3.5 miles per hour - good going everyone - and afterwards we all enjoyed a glass or two of fizz, a welcomed hot drink & bacon rolls perfectly cooked by Neal & Nick!!!  It was a fabulous and best start to the New Year, although a brisk one, but we are all feeling so much better for getting the body moving and energised to start 2009 as we mean to go on...!  We can't wait to bring you more exciting, fabulous and new Nordic Walks very soon too...!
