Monday Lunchtime Nordic Walking
Join Mel or Neal on there popular Monday lunchtime Nordic Walks and enjoy our beautiful countryside as it changes seasons each week on fabulous routes to get your fit, active and into better fitness, health and general wellbeing on the first day of the week – a perfect ‘pick-me-up’ after the weekend too. Routes average 4 to 5 miles in distance at a brisk fitness Nordic walking pace (3.2 to 3.7 mph). Monday Lunchtime Sessions Are Suitable for: Those who have Nordic Walked before and/or have taken park in the Induction to Nordic Walking sessions, the relatively fit and experienced walkers. Unfortunately these sessions are NOT suitable for Beginners to Nordic Walking or walking in general (Please refer to our Induction to Nordic Walking Sessions running HERE ). No Need To Book – Just Turn Up – £6 per session including pole hire.

Spring/Summer Evening Nordic Walking
COMING SOON…For the Spring and Summer for 2012. A one and a half hour Nordic Walk around the stunning tracks and trails of our local area – perfect for that mid-week outdoor reviver and stress reliever! Suitable for: Those who have Nordic Walked before and/or have taken part in the Lean How to Nordic Walking sessions, the relatively fit and experienced walkers. Unfortunately these sessions are NOT suitable for Complete Beginners to Nordic Walking or walking in general (Please refer to my Learn How to Nordic Walking Sessions running HERE ). No Need To Book – Just Turn Up – £6 per session including pole hire.
