Initial Assessment
The best way to start your programme of fitness is to have an Initial Assessment at the PT Studio.
The Initial Assessment includes the following physical tests:
- Resting Heart Rate
- Blood Pressure
- Height & Weight
- BMI
- Overall Body Fat %
- Visceral Fat %
- Skeletal Muscle %
- Body Girth Measurements
- Hip To Waist Ratio
- Basic Vo2 Max Test
- Flexibility Assessment
- Aerobic Fitness
- Core Strength Test
This is a good baseline for moving forward and an opportunity to discuss where you want to go and how we can work together to get you there. After a medical screening, we can discuss your exercise history, Lifestyle, Health & Fitness Goals and I will also ask questions to determine your current determine current lifestyle habits.
At the end of the assessment, we can discuss moving forward with a programme that may involve classes, 1-2-1 sessions, small group sessions or any combination. You will take away a comprehensive pack and have all the support you need to move forward.
