(Beginner/Intermediate) |
My
Fitness-Pilates mixes Pilates-based exercises with modern stretch and gentle body conditioning
techniques using resistance bands or light hand weights to strengthen, lengthen
and tone tight muscles. This is a fun, easy-to-follow session designed to
tone your abdominals, strengthen your back, enhance your posture, control
balance & maintain flexibility too. There is a happy mix of
standing and floor work exercises for all abilities and levels.

Tummy & Back Fitness-Pilates
Level 1
(Beginner/All Levels) |
This is a mat-based class using specifically
designed exercises to help strengthen and tone the core abdominals,
waistline, back, buttocks, hips and thighs. Incorporating the use of
mini-balls & light hand weights this session WILL change
the shape of your body for good!
This class is a fabulous opportunity for
those returning after having a baby, have back problems or injuries or want
to develop a stronger core, pelvic floor, waistline and back muscles.
Gentle, yet extremely effective Pilates-based exercises and a
lovely relaxation to finish make this a wonderful mid-week class to
attend.

Tummy & Back Fitness-Pilates

(Intermediate/Advanced) |
Calling all MEN and
WOMEN who
want to get a stronger core, toned abdominals and
a more flexible and pain free back! This Thursday evening 45 minute
session works with challenging, free-flowing and more intense
Fitness-Pilates specifically aimed for men and women who
want to see and feel results FAST. This class will help enhance, maintain and improve how the
body performs whether it be for every day functions or for a specific sport or
activity. This class is designed to be the next level up from the current
Tummy and Back Fitness-Pilates class that runs on a Wednesday night and
will help those who come to progress further with this fabulous fitness
form. |

Nordic Walking

(All Levels) |
Join Neal and Mel for the newest
outdoor fitness craze that is sweeping over Europe and the UK as we speak!
Nordic Walking has all the elements of walking
with the inclusion of specially designed Nordic walking poles to exercise the whole body,
rather than just the legs. You use your arms to push off from flexible
poles which helps the whole range of upper-body muscles being used as
well as helping to strengthen the back, give you a better posture and
train and tone the abdominal muscles too.

This session
is a running/jogging programme designed for those new to running or
those who want to improve their technique as well as gain the motivation
and support of jogging with a group. The programme will include the
following: Warm Up and Cool Down, Stretching techniques, Learn to pace
yourself, Building up to a 5k standard, Correct running technique,
Efficient breathing, Personal safety and Injury prevention. This is a

myself or at the gym on the treadmill and wanted to improve my style and

Nordic Walking for Parkinson's

Nordic Walking
(All Levels) |
Nordic Walking can really
improve balance and stability to make
walking actually feel easier especially for those who
suffer with Parkinson’s and results are showing they can really
benefit from this form of exercise. This is a subject close to Neal's
heart as his father has suffered from Parkinson’s for over thirty years
and he is Personal Training clients who are already benefiting immensely
from Nordic Walking after only a few sessions. This session is for
those with Parkinson's and their partners. Please email Neal

Sessions take place on Friday mornings. Price: £6 per
person including pole hire.

A really great opportunity
for mums and their babies to exercise together. This fabulous outdoor
spring-time session will help new mums to get fit, tone up and enjoy
fun, safe and effective outdoor exercise after having a baby. The
session will also incorporate exercises with your baby as well as
postural advice and lifting techniques. Afterwards enjoy a cup of tea
or coffee and socialise with other mums and their babies too. (Ensure
that you have been cleared to exercise by your GP - usually 7 – 8 weeks
following a vaginal birth and 10 – 12 weeks following a caesarean
birth) Price: £5 per session pay-as-you-go. Please book your

Mandeville Hall, Kimbolton
|
From Kimbolton High Street, continue to
drive all the way through, passed the church on your right, your turn a
sharp bend and Mandeville Hall is situated on the left hand side
directly opposite a petrol station. The car park is to the right of the
village hall. Entrance is at the front of the building.

Little Paxton Village Hall |
From Mill Road, turn into Gordon Road. Drive
right to the end and the entrance to the Village Hall is directly
opposite you. Continue to drive down to the end and the Village Hall is
on the right hand side. Plenty of FREE parking. The Scout Hut can
be found on the opposite side of the car park to the Village Hall and
there is parking at that end too!

|
From Buckden high street, drive past Anne
Furbank and The Lion hotel. The entrance is on the right hand side at
the end of the red brick wall. The car park is on the left and
Stageworks is at the end of the car park on the right hand side. Use the
blue double doors to enter the reception/coffee area.

Millennium Community Centre |
From Buckden High Street, turn right at the
Lion Hotel into Mill Road. Drive past the church, the school and
the Buckden day nursery and then take the next turning on your
right - Vineyard Way - take the next turning on your right - Burberry
Road - drive straight to the end of the road and the car park for the
centre is at the end. The classes will take place in the Main Hall
which is can be found by entering the front entrance.

Southoe Village
Hall |
From the A1 north or southbound take the
Southoe Turn off. Follow the road in the High Street. You
will see St Leonard's Church on the high street. About 50 yards
down on the right you will see a small sign for the village hall. Either
turn right into the village hall and park there or just park on
the High Street as it is limited and very tight in the village hall.
