is for ALL ages, levels and fitness abilities. Up-to-the-minute movements for fat burning,
toning, flexibility and relaxation all to great music. Using the
mini-balls, hand weights, resistance bands and mats to add variety, challenge
but above all FUN. No experience necessary or complicated
routines to learn so if you are not co-ordinated this is a great exercise
session for YOU!

'Nature Reserve'

Reserve.
This
session is for those who want a slightly
slower-paced
walk for general health and fitness using the fabulous Nordic walking poles. This session
is suitable for everyone including the active
older adult, those with hip, knees or back problems, if you have a medical condition,
want to get fitter and for those who walk with poles already but
find the other regular sessions a bit too far, fast or intense at the moment
and those looking to learn or get better with the pole technique. You will still gain all the amazing health,
wellness and fitness benefits of Nordic walking but will be able to take your
time, enjoy the outdoors and socialise with other like-minded people too!
Price: £6 per session including
pole hire, pay as you go, no need to book, just turn up!
