Nordic Walking
Monday Lunchtime Sessions starts 8th September
Wednesday Evening Sessions starts 10th September

Walking... Only Smarter.  This is the ONLY outdoor workout you should be doing and you get to use 90% of your body's muscles and burn 30% more calories and fat than just ordinary walking.  The Nordic Poles take the strain away from your back, shoulders, knees and hips plus you get fresh air, vitamin D (if the sun is shining) and take in the local scenery along the way.

Keep Fitness
Tuesday nights, Wednesday and Friday Mornings.
This class is a Modern, Fun, & Vibrant mix of all the essential elements you need to get fit, stay healthy, tone up and remain supple and strong whatever your age or ability! This session will include 20 mins of fat burning cardio, 20 mins of Fitness-PUMP style body conditioning and 20 mins of Fitness-Pilates based core conditioning & back strengthening exercises all to upbeat motivational music. A relaxation/stretch will finish the class and leave you feeling absolutely FABULOUS!!!
