Fitness-Pilates & Flexibility Classes

Fitness-Pilates Beginner/Intermediate

My Fitness-Pilates mixes Pilates-based exercises with modern stretch  and gentle body conditioning techniques using resistance bands or light hand weights to strengthen, lengthen and tone tight muscles. This is a fun, easy-to-follow session designed to tone your abdominals, strengthen your back, enhance your posture, control balance  & maintain flexibility too.  There is a happy mix of standing and floor work exercises for all abilities and levels.

The most up-to-date, cutting edge and effective Fitness-Pilates class for the whole body. A 50 minute Fitness-Pilates body conditioning blitz using mini Pilates balls, bands & body bars to enhance your performance and add variety, fun and challenge to your existing workout.  This session will definitely help you to tone, strengthen and sculpt your body with emphasis on the core abdominals, waist, lower back, buttocks and thighs.  This will incorporate some intermediate and advanced levels but is suitable for all levels as adaptations can be made. Join me for the newest outdoor fitness craze that is sweeping over Europe and the UK as we speak!  Nordic Walking has all the elements of walking with the inclusion of specially designed Nordic walking poles to exercise the whole body, rather than just the legs. Masterclasses

FitHaven Fiesta Masterclasses

For studio instructors and class enthusiasts.  Make this your monthly EXPLOSION of fabulous fitness, not to be missed!!!!  Join me for a full-on, fantastic and body blowing session. Dance-inspired moves to warm up the body and get into the groove. Then onto fresh, new and innovative body conditioning using bars or poles for a different approach to the traditional toning exercises. And to finish with a Fitness-Pilates inspired chill out, stretch and relaxation. There isn't a class experience quite like it - so come and try for yourself and discover music, movement, freedom, flexibility and above all fun fitness. "Cutting Edge Classes out in the Community!".

Class Locations and Directions

Mandeville Hall, Kimbolton From Kimbolton High Street, continue to drive all the way through, passed the church on your right, your turn a sharp bend and Mandeville Hall is situated on the left hand side directly opposite a petrol station. The car park is to the right of the village hall. Entrance is at the front of the building.

Little Paxton Village Hall From Mill Road, turn into Gordon Road. Drive right to the end and the entrance to the Village Hall is directly opposite you. Continue to drive down to the end and the Village Hall is on the right hand side. Plenty of FREE parking.  The Scout Hut can be found on the opposite side of the car park to the Village Hall and there is parking at that end too!

Stageworks, Buckden From Buckden high street, drive past Anne Furbank and The Lion hotel. The entrance is on the right hand side at the end of the red brick wall. The car park is on the left and Stageworks is at the end of the car park on the right hand side. Use the blue double doors to enter the reception/coffee area.

Buckden Millennium Community Centre From Buckden High Street, turn right at the Lion Hotel into Mill Road.  Drive past the church, the school and the  Buckden day nursery and then take the next turning on your right - Vineyard Way - take the next turning on your right - Burberry Road - drive straight to the end of the road and the car park for the centre is at the end.  The classes will take place in the Main Hall which is can be found by entering the front entrance.

Southoe Village Hall From the A1 north or southbound take the Southoe Turn off.  Follow the road in the High Street.  You will see St Leonard's Church on the high street.  About 50 yards down on the right you will see the 3 Horse Shoes Pub and the village hall is just before the pub, set back off the road.  Either park on the High Street or try the Hall but parking is limited and very tight.

Attend 2nd class Back to Back for reduced fee of: £3
Masterclasses: £10
Block Booking 10 classes and get 1 FREE = £50
20 classes and get 2 FREE = £100
40 classes and get 4 FREE plus a gift = £200
What to Bring and Wear * Bring some water and a small towel for head support or to mop up the sweat!
* I provide mats but if you have your own then you can bring that too.
* Wear loose comfortable clothing that will not restrict your movement.
* Wear trainers or fitness shoes to any impact classes like Aerobics, Legs Bums & Tums, Fitness-Salsa, Dance Fitness & Fitness-Walking
